Customs, Taxes, and Other Applicable Charges in Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or service fees.

If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be payable upon delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery and will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties, and import charges. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to modify or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit, we will not be able to modify it.

Refunds for canceled or delayed orders will be processed promptly and issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
